A Spring Hearth

Yesterday I showed you the new spring mantel. I also showed you part of the hearth with this picture:

The other side of the hearth was pretty much bare….until last night 🙂

Remember this guy?

He’s found a happy new home on my hearth!

And since I stole the pillar candle from the spring centerpiece in order to put it up on the mantel, the centerpiece was in shambles. So I took the other part of it (the short pillar in the moss) and put it here. Here’s both sides at once, along with our ugly concrete/partial carpet floor which will be fixed one week from Monday!

But now the table centerpiece was all deconstructed, so I put a new one together. Remember these Goodwill finds from last week?

Here’s one of them after a little paint and removing the hanging hardware on the back:
